Dear all

My ref.no.TWN16787395

Since I have book two days hotel from19/2/2012-21/02/2012, I would like to change my booking to 20/02/2012-21/2012 and 23/02/2012-24/02/2012, besides we have also book the car from airport to hotel on 19/02/2012,may I also change the car booking to 24/02/2012-hotel to airport?
Is there any charges for amendment,since I book the hotel on Friday night and next two is already the office holiday,actually I want to give a call to confirm my booking again.

Hi,

My booking reference is WN12230052, however, the site page said that my payment process failed. but i still received the pre booking email, when can i get the confirmation letter or status? As while i am waiting and cannot look for another hotels and make a booking...and not sure if it will charge fee or not.

Its hard to reach ur side by call. Been called so many times and nobody pickup.. My booking reference is TWN1020536.

the package is fo 4 days and 3 night. but the flight time is not satisfied for me. u side just give me 2 days to do activty for my holiday. because why? the flight for depart at phuket is at night and flight return early morning.

i have been check with air asia and there were others flight at the same date and same price that u can change it.

i want the flight will be depart is early morning to phuket and arrive at malaysia at night. please do the nessesary.

I had also sent an earlier e-mail requesting for advise as I actually wanted to book for 4 pax but was not able to do so on the website.

I have been calling to your department since yesterday but no one pick up my calls.

I have made the payment, and I was asked by PYO WWCS Support to provide flight details by 4 June 2012.

I have provided my flight details through support@my.pyotravel.com, but there is no confirmation reply from PYO Travel. My booking number is TWN16212642.

Hi, I encountered a problem when trying to make credit card payment to my booking, Ref: TWN11667334. The confirmed itinerary has been sent to my email inbox. Now how do I make the payment (with credit card) to secure the transaction and have the e-ticket issued? I do not wish to redo the booking because I could not get the same itinerary.

Usually within the same day for offline payment mode.
Our customer service officer has contacted you, deadline given will be by 12pm on 4th Oct.

Booking will be auto-cancelled without prior notice. You may rebook again once the inventory updated, but subject to availability for the same fare level.
