We released a new version of Enterprise Qlubb a few weeks back and now you need to SHARE the event with sub-Qlubbs.

This is because now we allow a mothership to select which sub-Qlubbs they want the mothership event to appear.

    So do this:
    1) create your Mothership event
    2) go to the "SHARE" event at the top line of the event page.

    3) The pop-up window will appear. You can either select ALL which will automatically place it in every sub-Qlubb (does not require sub-Qlubb admin approval, it will just appear) or you can pick which sub-Qlubbs to push it down to (again, it will automatically appear).

To select multiple Qlubbs at one time, hold the control (it's command for Mac) button while you select the sub-Qlubbs.

    4) Once you have shared it with the sub-Qlubbs, again, they will automatically appear in the sub-Qlubb (this is in contrast with sub-Qlubb to sub-Qlubb sharing which requires the receiving sub-Qlubb admin approval).
The event page will list the sub-Qlubbs that are participating.

  • Hi, do we have to do this one event at a time now? Our mothership qlubb has about 30 events and it would be nice for them to "sync" automatically as they used to. Any advice?
