My qlubb (les114.qlubb.com) is experiencing the "oops" screen every time I click on any event. I just put out a call for volunteers and now no one can actually sign up!
Yes Christanne, I have also emailed them twice, and there has been no reply for over 24 hours, clearly this is a problem that is widespread. I am hoping for a fix from tech. support, and PRONTO. Hello Qlubb, the help area says employees are monitoring these posts.............please fix.
I think we all were appreciate some kind of communication from the Qlubb support website. If there are technical difficulties with all the group pages, we need to be at least informed so we can use different means of communication with the members of our group. We rely on Qlubb to know how many people are attending our events in order to be properly prepared for each meeting. With the site not working for over 24 hours, this is making it impossible to figure out who has already RSVP'ed and who has not. I think we all just want to hear something about what is going on so we can plan accordingly. Is that too much to ask?
