you ought to invent an accessory transparent plastic can be to put in place the spotlight, when I want to shoot with the naked bulb. this will serve for the protective lamp. Always use q as a naked light bulb, I'm afraid it hit something, or even fall a drop of water or something else, the opening of the lamp.

this accessory could be sold trasnparente, or transparent yellow, red, blue and green. I use the flash lamp very naked, to create a 360 degree illumination.

I'm always more afraid of something happening with the lamp. this accessory podeira be like the QF62BG Bare Bulb Enhancer, only involving the whole of the lamp to protect.

now whenever I want to play a yellow light I have to put the reflector normal and yellow filters. I lose it with illumination at 360 degrees, which for me is the biggest difference for the trio dedicated flash normal.

with this accessory, we would have light colored, protective to the bare light bulb, and yet light in 360graus.

As I had mentioned in my first reply, I would pass this on to our Sales and Marketing Department for their consideration. I do not think that they will proceed with this idea as we have never had a request for a protective cover like you are looking for.

But, I will tell you that clear protective covers are made for fluorescent lamps (the 4 and 8 foot long versions) and they sound like it may be what you are looking for. They are used here in the US in restaurant kitchens to protect workers and food in case a bulb shatters. If you cut them down to a workable length, that may work. To color them, cut some color gels and insert them inside the tube.
