This information is incorrect, as I have my BBVA Compass Visa downloading with my banking accounts.
You do have to go through the "migration" instructions that were sent out prior to 2/10, which are:
Deactivate every Compass account in your Quicken file.
Go to Add Account and type in BBVA Compass to select this new/different FI name.
After entering your login credentials, Quicken will "discover" all available accounts at the FI and present them on this screen. CAREFULLY use the LINK option to link those discovered accounts to the ones that exist in your Quicken file.
If you continue to have trouble, please contact Quicken Support (since Compass Online Banking Support has already failed you).
