Bill Reminders and Reconcilling

Why is it that after entering some transactions from the Bill and Income Reminders that they reappear again and have to be "ignored"? Also, after reconcilling, why are some account marked with an "R" and some marked with a "c", forcing me to manually change the c to an R for hundreds of item? Big waste of time! Quicken 2018 latest version.

A C indicates that the transaction has been reported by the financial institution. The R indicates you reconciled it using the reconciliation feature. You dont want to manually flip form C to R.
