My bank went through an update. I had to remove and reinstate the bank from quicken. When I reconnected quicken created a new account.  Can I merge both into one?  I have quicken 2016 deluxe

There is no "merge" function, but you can move transactions from the old account to the new one.

Works fine for me. What browser are you using?

I am using Chrome with Win 10.  Also got a blank page on Safari iPad.  Seems to be really odd behavior in that sense - some browsers find it, other don't.

I have had the same thing happen to me for other links.  I reported it before when the forum first opened, but others reported it not happening for them.  Note I reported that some of the FAQ pages came up blank.

This was happening to me with FireFox and Chrome on one machine.  I went to another machine and it didn't happen.  For what it worth I can open the link above in both FireFox and Chrome on the "problem" machine.

I have never tracked down what is the cause.
