Can't See Downloaded Transactions For Only One Account

Windows 10, Q 2016 R11

I just updated to R11 after updating my accounts. There were three red flags, a brokerage/checking account and two credit card accounts. I accepted the downloaded transactions for the credit cards but do not see the two downloaded transactions for the brokerage/checking account in its register. There is no expandable bar at the bottom of  the register with the downloaded transactions number and bill and income reminders numbers.

I went to the account website, determined which two transactions had cleared and manually marked them cleared in the register. However the red pennants remain in view. In  addition there is no "Update Now" in the account actions menu. I don't know if that's significant. How can I display and accept the downloaded transactions and clear the red pennants?

Thanks!

Hi, I have the same issue.  It is affecting my linked investment checking account only.  I have another checking account (not linked to an investment account) and it is working fine.  See Quicken 2016 R11 Downloaded Transactions Issue

That's interesting, Phil, My checking account is also linked to an investment account. I cannot find the transaction issue that you referenced above. Paul

Hi Paul, thanks for confirming the issue is related to linked investment checking accounts.  The referenced issue can be found at: https://getsatisfaction.com/quickencommunity/topics/quicken-2016-r11-downloaded-transactions-issue

A Quicken moderator is now following both of your posts so it may get some attention. If either of you are up to it, you may want to create a new Quicken data file and add the account you are having problems with. If you see the same behavior in a new file, contact support and let them know that. Being able to reproduce it in a new file will speed up acknowledging the issue and working on a fix. I'm running Q17 or I would do it.

I created a test file adding one investment account and one linked investment checking account and was able to recreate the issue.

Hello all,

Thank you for posting the issue with the downloaded transaction tab not being displayed for linked accounts. The Quicken team is aware of the issue and are working on a solution which should be implemented in a upcoming patch (the issue affects Q2016 R11 and 2017R4).

Gosh, I hope so!  I've spent hours deleting, reestablishing my investment/cash account since this R11 up-date... eliminating duplicates, reconciling, re-reconciling.  Terrible waste of (everyone's) time!

When I opened Quicken today, it forced me to do the R11 update. Now, I have the same issue. Now I'm looking for a way to go back to R10 so I can manage my Fidelity linked account and pay my bills. This is a huge problem!

I have the same issue.  Restored the account with a backup file before the issue occurred about one month ago.  Downloaded transactions and the issue happened again.  Can't deactivate online services because I have unaccepted transactions.  I can see them via the online center but can't access them to accept them.  Please fix this soon.
