Citibank download problem

Quicken for mac 2015 2.9.3.  Recent changed password for a citibank credit card account, now cant download new transactions.  Pic of error attached.  'retry' does nothing and I have updated to new password and get message 'successful'... any help??

Disconnect the account from downloads and then reactivate the account using your new password.  Make sure under OPTIONS you select Direct Connect as the connection method in Quicken Mac.

To disconnect the account: with the account selected in the sidebar, menu Accounts > Settings... > Troubleshooting > Deactivate Downloads.
