I have a very similar problem with DCCU.  Quicken will not update and, when I try to set up a substitute account, it does not recognize any of my accounts.

Same problem.  It's been happening for 3 days for me. I've reset the account and checked my password.  Nothing works.

Same problem here.  No problem with PersonalCapital account.  It is syncing fine with DCCU.  Last successful sync for me was 5 days ago at this point.

Given that my several other accounts download just fine I believe DCCU made a change that is causing the download issue.  Recall that last week that huge virus was unleashed.  DCCU may have done something with their firewalls to block it that also blocked Quicken download like closing ports, etc.  I don't even get an error code in Quicken.  Just spins for several minutes and nothing.  The complete window opens showing successful downloads for my other accounts.

Same thing here. Tried resetting all accounts but that didn't work.Deactivated all accounts and now can't reactivate. Getting message after about 2 minutes of spooling that it's their error. About ready to give Quicken the "Heave-Ho"

I am having the same issue. I called the Delta CU and I would recommend to call and bug them. I would say its DECU's issue.

The CC-502 error is usually displayed when Quicken is unable to update your accounts because your financial institution's web site is undergoing maintenance. Still not working.  That is the standard help for the 502-CC.  And if you retry, the application never comes back.

I had to go to account list, Edit, online service tab then reset account. It now works!!!

Same problem. Ongoing issue with 2 different accounts at DCCU. All the suggested fixes do not resolve issue.  Can Quicken contact DCCU and resolve?

No joy here either.  I'm definitely on the latest version and ONLY having problems with DCCU.  Tried re-adding accounts...even changed my password at DCCU just to make sure.  Nothing.

Just heard back from DCCU business accounts support.  The following:

"I apologize for the inconvenience.  At this time our Quicken server is down. Our IT department is aware of the issue and working to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience."

Doesn't help any of us at all but at least we know it's "not us...".

Just thought I would post this here.

I spoke with Delta CU yesterday, they told we that they were having problems, but that now it was a Quicken issue.......talk about passing the buck!!

This may well be a Quicken issue. I am havong trouble downloading info to my Mint.com site. Mint.com is a subsidiary of Quicken. Can't update DCCU or Vanguard on Mint.com

The issue is with Quicken. I am able to log into the Delta Community CU site fine.

@Dana C, Logging into the DCCU website and being able to log into their server that supports Quicken are not the same thing. As mentioned in the comment above by Doug, the problem is with DCCU's Quicken server, and their IT people are working to resolve the problem. Unfortunately, there is nothing Quicken can do to resolve this problem for DCCU.

we can all log into the web site -- however - the link between DCCU and Quicken has a DCCU server in the middle of the process and DCCU is stating that this server is down."  the problem remains with DCCU to repair

Glad I found this thread.  I have been a Quicken user since it was a DOS product in 1987.  This seems to be a problem with DCCU.  I have called DCCU several times (I have two separate accounts).  I have not been able to download any transactions to Quicken 2017 for a week now.  I was also having a problem logging into DCCU's wedsite with one of my accts.  Reset the password and still had problems.  Got back in with the assistance of DCCU help desk and changed my USERID.  So far, I can get on DCCU's wedsite but still cannot download to Quicken.  DCCU keeps saying they have a third party company looking into the problem.  Cannot get anymore detail than that!  Very frustrating.

I contacted DCCU again, and instead of using my express Web Connection, I used a direct connection with my acct number and obtained an access code from DCCU and was able to connect to my accounts via Quicken and download my transactions again.  Don't know why this works and Express Web doesn't.  I'll continue to monitor this situation to see if this continues to work.

Lydia Clamser could you add a little more detail. I am having the same issue with DCCU, How did you contact them, Phone? Email? I have tried to establish a connection using Direct Connect but I don't have an access code.
Sure would like a  little more info  if you have the time.

Update: 6:38PM EST

Tried to log into DCCU website and now they ask for Registration Codes on both my accounts and no way to get it!  There is no prompt for it to be sent via TEXT or email!  Called DCCU and get after hours support.  They tell me that the department that handles that went home at 6PM.

SO now, I can download transactions still using my direct connection to DCCU on Quicken 2017, BUT I can no long get into my acct via my desktop OR mobile app because of the required Registration code and NO WAY TO GET ONE until tomorrow!
MAjor problem at DCCU!


ORginal post:  Called them by phone 404-715-4725. Told them that my Express Web Connect is not working (which they know) and told them I would like to try direct connection using my account number and for them to provide the access code. I probably would have had this working days ago if I had known the access codes aren't valid forever. Make sure you try this while you have them on the phone. So far, it is still working. I even did a transfer from my savings to checking using the direct access. Goood luck

They are still working on the problem with Express Web connect.

I have been trying for days to download my DCCU transactions with no luck either. Error CC-800, "Quicken can't update your accounts because they can't be found at Delta Community Credit Union."

My last successful download was on May 3. Did what everybody else here has tried -- calling DCCU, resetting passwords, deactivating/reactivating accounts. I am on Quicken 2017 (upgraded from 2014) with all the latest patches, etc. 

Maybe if we all start posting on social media about how much trouble this is causing, I'm sure DCCU will get moving to fix this issue.

Talk to someone in IT/Quicken specialist at DCCU.  The usual customer support people have no clue how Quicken and DCCU are supposed to connect.

Be forceful.  They will blame the problem on Quicken, because it's just easier for them to do so rather than actually research the problem.

And I would speak to your DCCU bank manager, tell him what the problem is and that if it isn't fixed in "X" number of days, you'll be taking your business elsewhere.

Then, do it!

The problem is certainly DCCU because Quickbooks online does not work either.  It's the same connection issue.

DECU just got it working.  They called to help me setup the express connect but they had fixed the direct connect.  I tried to connect but no Joy.  I restarted with no luck.  I had to go to account list, Edit, online service tab then reset account. It now works!!! I hope this helps everyone?
