Previously had a Chase account in Quicken.  Deleted because it was having problems, so I thought I would just start over clean.  Now when I try to recreate the account, I get error CC-503.  My ID and password are working on Chase's web site.  What can one do?

I suggest that you log into the Chase web site and enable Direct Connect support.  Chase offers free Direct Connect to non-business accounts.  Then, setup the Online Services for the registers in Quicken.

No change after Direct Connect enabled on the website at Customer Center > Activate Quicken®. Called and Chase said that they have "an issue" with Quicken that they are trying to solve, no ETA. Very strange, as I have another login that works perfect in the same Quicken setup.

"No change after Direct Connect enabled on the website at Customer Center > Activate Quicken".

After you do that, you need to deactivate all your Quicken Chase accounts, then re-activate them for Direct Connect downloads.

You are the only one I know who is having a problem with Direct Connect from Chase.
I download from them virtually every day using Direct Connect (to multiple Quicken versions) and I have never had a problem.
But since you are having a problem different than the original poster, you need to start your own discussion.
