i reactivated an account in my Quicken 2017 Deluxe and when I did that, a new account was opened. how do i combine them into 1 account?

During the process you would have been given the options IGNORE, ADD or LINK. You should have selected LINK and then point to the specific account(s) in Quicken. One way to fix your error, is for you to do a Quicken restore using you most recent Quicken back-up and try again and this time LINK, not Add.

can you remind of the exact steps to follow to do that?   I  do not remember seeing ignore, add or link.  i do not want to try it again without success
