From Quicken Help:

The Lowest Balance Forecast projects the lowest balance for an account based on your current account balance, future transactions that you've already entered into your register, and future bill and income reminders during the time period you specify.

What is the amount forecasted and what are you expecting it to be?
More details would be helpful.

What I am expecting it to be (and I am not the original poster, but am having this same issue with Quicken Premier 2017  R15  Build: 26.1.15.2) is to have Lowest Balance Forecast Before (LBFB) match the account balance chart.  I have screen shots of this saved into a MS Word Doc - How can I attach or otherwise get you the doc to show what I mean.    With my data the LBFB 12/4  is 181.38, and the LBFB 12/5 is 103..29 -- the account balance chart shows the balance for 12/5 as 260.41 - So how come the account balance is DIFFERENT than the LBFB?  How is the LBFB calculated?

I have no idea what rules the programmer used to come up with this number and if it means that transactions dated 12/5 (as per your example) are included in the calculation or not.

To attach screen shots:
You can only use image files of type PNG, JPG or BMP. 2 MB max image file size.
To attach the image(s) here, start composing your reply. At the bottom of the text entry window you'll see a row of icons beginning with B I U S
Click the camera icon (not the video camera icon). It will allow you to select and upload the captured image file from your computer. The captured image will be inserted at wherever the cursor is located in the text.

Thanks - I made a JPG of the MS Word Doc and am including it below.  With additional account transactions and with additional reminders I noticed that it got/stayed wonky if LBFB would go below a certain level ($150, my guess). It's fine and matches correctly at the $181.38 point (a valid low balance for a date between now and 12/4) but it registered the 103.29 for 12/5 even though the calendar/graph balance for 12/5 showed (correctly) a balance of $260.41 -- the LBFB 12/5 should still have been the 181.38
With additional reminders increasing overall balance, everything started to calculate correctly.  It's like when going a bit far out and the balance gets on the low side, it hits some sort of internal buffer overflow or something and miscalculates the LBFB.
