RESOLVED 9/21/2018: Suntrust Bank Returning CC-503/103 or CC-502/102 Error

We have been investigating reports of Users receiving a CC-503 or 103 error code when attempting to Add or Update Accounts with Suntrust Bank and have confirmed that Suntrust Bank is currently undergoing a website re-design which is causing the invalid login error 503/103 when Quicken attempts to connect.

If this error is received, please allow 24 to 48 hours and try to connect again.  Please do not deactivate or reactivate your accounts in Quicken, as these steps will not resolve the CC-503/103 error in this instance and may cause additional errors once these errors are resolved. 

We do not currently have an ETA on when these updates will be completed but are working closely with Suntrust to restore access as quickly as possible.  If you would like to be notified when this error is resolved, please "follow" this announcement.

Hello All,

We're now receiving reports from users reaching a CC-502/102 error when attempting to Add or Update accounts with Suntrust Bank. We have confirmed with Suntrust that they are still working on system upgrades, and this process has resulted in the following errors:

·CC-503
·CC-103
·CC-502
·CC-102

As these errors are due to system upgrades on Suntrust's end, our Care team is unfortunately unable to assist in resolving these issues at this time. We'll continue working with Suntrust to establish an ETA for resolution, and will be sure to keep this feed updates as we learn more.
