RESOLVED: 08/08/2018 Express Web Connect/Quicken Connect CC-898/-28 Download Error

We are currently investigating reports of Users receiving errors when attempting to update or add accounts and/or sync to the Quicken Cloud.  

Quicken for Windows Users may receive a CC-898/899 error code  and/or "Quicken is unable to establish an Internet connection" error when updating or adding accounts.

Quicken for Mac Users may receive a -28 Download Error code and/or  "QCS Server Error" message when updating or adding accounts.

Users may also experience errors or issues when syncing to the Quicken Cloud.

This is a high priority issues that we have escalated this issue to our Service Providers and have all hands on deck working to resolve these errors as quickly as possible.  Please allow 1-2 hours before attempting to update or add accounts again.

Hello All,

This issue is now marked as resolved.  The internal server error has been located and corrected and all Quicken for Mac and Quicken for Windows Users should now be able to update or add accounts without receiving an error.

If errors do persist, please create a new post with the details of the error.
