UPDATED 12/14/18 Missing or No Downloaded Transactions from PNC Bank

We are investigating reports of Users experiencing missing or no downloaded transactions when attempting to add or update accounts with PNC Bank using the Express Web Connect/Quicken Connect connection methods.

We have opened a ticket with our Service Providers to investigate this matter further and are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.  If you would like to add your information to the open investigation, please contact Quicken Support and reference Alert A-0391.

We have received reports of Users now receiving a CC-501/101 error and/or missing or no downloaded transactions when attempting to add/update accounts with PNC Bank using the Express Web Connect/Quicken Connect connection methods in both Quicken for Windows and Mac.

We have updated our open ticket with our Service Providers and are working with them to resolve these errors as quickly as possible.  If you would like to add your information to the open investigation, please contact Quicken Support and reference Alert A-0391.
