We're currently investigating an issue with Quicken Mobile that causes some users to see sync errors CL-2210 or get an error message that there is an invalid parameter.  We're working to fix this issue as quickly as possible.

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled Sync error code CL-2210 (resource with id wasn't found) for Property Manager 2016....

I am receiving the sync error code CL-2210. The account [Bank Name] was not synced. Invalid value for parameter (parameter=accountId, value 7873381) because resource with id wasn't found. This error started after the last update. I am using Property Manager 2016. Any suggestion how to fix?

Hello All,
We're happy to report that this issue is resolved with the R12 patch release.  To download the patch, you can open Quicken and go to Help > Check for Updates, or you can download the manual patch here: https://www.quicken.com/support/quicken-2016-windows-release-notes-updates-and-mondo-patch

Please note: This patch cannot
resolve existing Sync errors in your Mobile & Alerts tab. It can only
prevent this error from reappearing in a future sync.
To resolve existing
errors, go to Mobile & Alerts tab and click the yellow "traffic
light" icon in the top right of the Sync panel. Take the Fix or Ignore
action presented next to each error.
