ONGOING 12/17/18 Add/Updating Accounts with HSBC Fails

In early October 2018 HSBC began blocking all third party aggregator access while performing security updates on their site.  This block has and is currently preventing all Quicken for Windows and Mac Users from adding or updating accounts with HSBC using the Express Web Connect/Quicken Connect connection methods.

We have been in contact with our Service Providers and HSBC, working with them to create a solution, allowing Quicken to be compatible with the new security measures put in place by HSBC and restore access for downloading account/balance data. 

A solution has been found that is estimated to be implemented by the end of January 2019.  Please note: This timeframe is an estimate and subject to change if additional issues or concerns are found during testing.
