- No matter how many times I disable Web Connect and then re-enable Web Connect, the only successful download for the 3 Wells Fargo accounts in this Quicken file occurs at the time I re-enable it. Subsequent attempts to update fail.
- When I download the file manually, I have to "manually link" to the correct account each time. Maybe that's because all of the possible accounts supposedly already have a Web Connect, IDK
- I have a small business I track with a separate quicken file. While these Wells Fargo Accounts have had issues with Web Connect from within the Quicken interface, they are currently working, so I don't think it's Wells Fargo.
- Can't quite bring myself to spend the $45 for 2017 if it's going to have the same problems.
It's the Quicken code that's broken and only Quicken can fix it. Wells Fargo has updated their online banking website, it's their right to do so. Quicken should update their code to match the website changes made by WF, but they haven't done so and they haven't been very forthcoming in explaining the problem to Quicken users.
