QWin 2017: Doesn't include EFT in Tax report

When running Q2017 Premium ( vR.4, Build 26.1.4.5) and use the tax summary report for last year (i.e. 2016) I find that it does not show any EFT transactions (kind of important to show last year's State tax payment around April 15th!).  Yes, the category used is correct (State Tax payment) and accurate. It reported check numbers but did not report the EFT (used when I paid the state tax online). However, if I run a spending report, it does appear and together with the other State tax payments. Please note this important issue for this tax season.

What date range are you selecting for the Tax Summary report?

Does that "State Tax Payment" category have a Tax Line associated with it?
The Tax report is driven by the tax line of the categories ... not by the category name.
