Quicken for Mac 2017 - Version 4.4.3 - Build 44.15091.100

When I:
- Select an investment Account
- Select Portfolio
- Select "Realized Gain" - I chose a specific year - 2016 - but the bug occurs no matter what.

See red circle below:
1. There is not a "Missing Transaction" on which I need to provide additional details, the shares balance exactly for buy transaction and sell transaction.
2. The underlying data is correct in the system as the sum of the Basis at the bottom of the column is correct.
3. The "Add" showing in the columns is a hyperlink that goes nowhere.  In other words, I should be redirected to enter the details on a Missing Transaction, but since there is not one, clicking on the "Add" does nothing.

Here are the underlying transaction details to reproduce the problem:
  • Buy VTTHX 9/19/2016 - 31.5480 shares for $562.50 - Share price calculates to 17.829973
  • Buy VTTHX 9/19/2016 - 18.4027 shares for $328.12 - Share price calculates to 17.829992
  • Sell VTTHX 9/23/2016 - 49.9507 shares for $903.60 - Share price calculates to 18.089837

I concur. I see the same thing. Not sure it's really a problem if the bottom line numbers are correct. More of a cosmetic thing?

(FYI, I just checked this since you brought it up, but I don't use the info from Quicken for my taxes as I use the direct download from my FI instead.)

Agree on the tax info...but my biggest concern is for Intuit as they are clearly picking up the "Missing Transaction" logic incorrectly for this display.
