Reconcile date at end of previous month instead of current date

I have two bank accounts in Q17.  In one account reconcile always uses the date that I ask it to reconcile (current date).  In the other bank account (Wells Fargo) reconcile only reconciles to the end of the previous month, not the current date or statement date.  How do I change Quicken so it reconciles to the current or statement date?

I would guess the each Account has a different radio button depressed on the "Reconcile" pop-up.

Thanks.  You are 100% correct.  I probably clicked the top button which says "Don't ask me again."  Is there any way to get back to that screen or to "unclick" the top button?  Many thanks for any help.
