reinstalling Quicken

My computer had to whiped clean and I need to reinstall Quicken 2016 that I purchased in December 2016.  I am able to login to my account but the Quicken that I purchased does not seem to be showing there.

If you don't see your download file in the Quicken account you're looking at right now, you might have more than one account at quicken.com. Please follow the link below, specifically the section about "What if I don't see my software ..." 

How to download and install Quicken (again) after you bought it

If you don't have an installation CD or you didn't save a copy of the downloaded installation file on your hard drive (in Windows typically in a "Downloads" folder) or, even better, on some external storage media (USB stick or external hard drive) please follow these instructions:

There is a special link in the above webpage to follow if you purchased Quicken from Quicken.com before 7/18/2016. Expand the "what if I don't see my software..." header. Click the word "here" for more details.
