Synchrony Savings (formerly Synchrony Bank aka Synchrony Bank Credit Cards) downloading the same transactions across multiple accounts

Synchrony Savings (formerly Synchrony Bank aka Synchrony Bank Credit Cards) began giving errors (CC-502) several months ago.  The conclusion at the time was that the server for Synchrony Bank accounts had moved and Quicken was not updated.  Now the Bank is back online, via Quicken Express Web Connect, but downloading transactions has an issue:

If you have multiple accounts - e.g. a Money Market (reported in Quicken as "Checking") and one or more High Yield Savings accounts (reported in Quicken once as "Savings" and once as "Checking" for another), then Express Web Connect is posting the Money Market account's balance and interest payments as the ONLY balance and transactions for ALL accounts.

This is a disaster of EPIC proportions - and a black eye for Quicken.  What does it take for someone in IT to restore Synchrony Bank to full functionality within Quicken???  And to the person who told me, when I first raised the CC-502 issue, to contact Quicken Support because they thought this was an issue with my system, DO NOT give me this solution again. This is clearly an issue between Quicken and the Bank...NOT AN END USER issue (unless you can PROVE otherwise, with log files or other CLEAR AND CONVINCING EVIDENCE).

Quicken -- Please escalate to your developers.  Synchrony Bank - Please work with Quicken Support to address this...and don't close this case until a FINAL SOLUTION is found and released.

Until then, please provide whether you are already aware of this issue, or whether it is a new issue, and what the status of this issue is, if it is already known to Quicken.  Thank you.
