Trouble accessing accounts at Webster Bank (CT)

Accessing Accounts at Webster Bank (CT).  I keep getting the error that the financial institution needs additional information, please log into web page.  I log into bank web page without issue, no additional information is needed.  Also, tried to reset account from within account details, it fails.  tried several times.

Suspect an issue on the Quicken side.  PLease advise.

Thank you for taking the time to share this issue with the Community.  We are currently investigating reports of Users receiving a CC-508 code or error message and have opened an investigation with our Service Providers to resolve this error.

At this time, we ask that you please allow 24 to 48 hrs and then try to add/update accounts with Webster Bank once more.  If the error code/message persists after 48 hours, please contact Quicken Support and reference Alert A-0387 for further troubleshooting.

As of today the issue seems to be resolved.  Last two attempts to synchronize with bank have been successful.
