Typed the wrong answer to a security question

When I did a One Step Update in Quicken, I was asked to type an answer to an account's security question. I typed the wrong answer apparently. Now, when I do the One Step Update, I simply get the error "The answer to the security question that you entered is incorrect." Clicking on the Learn More link didn't help.

How will I ever be able to update the account again in Quicken?

I am using Quicken R 10 (25.1.10.1).

Hi @ Sheila ,

Which Quicken Year? Do you work with Manual Backups? Have you tried restoring a Manual Backup, to a time before you entered the wrong Backup? Do a Manual Backup, prior to restoring, in case something happens.

I'm using Quicken 2016. Restoring from a backup created before I got the security question didn't help.
