Unable to download credit card transactions from TD Canada Trust to Quicken for Mac 2017

I can't download any past credit card transactions from TD Canada Trust to Quicken 2017 for Mac.  I can get my latest statement but nothing from 2016.  I hit the download button and nothing happens.  TD says it is Quicken's issue, Quicken says it is a bank issue.  My checking/savings accounts all download perfectly.

I just started with Quicken in January--wondering what is going on!  Anyone else have issues/workarounds?

It may have something to do with how far back your Fi will allow for downloads; most Fi allow 90 days of history to be downloaded.
If you can get access to older history by downloading QXF files from you Fi that could be a method around the issues
Strangely it has worked before.  My FI accounts page lists the statements back about 6 months with a download button (but the download button no longer works) sigh.

Not sure if this relates to your issue but there have been several reported issues with downloading data from TD. Do some research in the forum to see if anything applies.

Thank you--doesn't make sense to me that I can get some accounts but not others!

There was a problem at TD Canada Trust
one solution TD mentioned is deleting Cache and Browser history
That did not, at the time resolved my problem of downloading transactions from my Credit Card

I do not know what browser you use... is it Safari ( Mac os ) if so it was a long time problem, using Safari Technology preview was allowing me to download the Credit card transaction
One the other hand, Firefox di the job correctly
so you may try other browsers if you are with Mac os X
I did delete cache and browser history as per TD but no luck.  I am using Safari so maybe I need to try with Firefox.

Yes try Firefox did work for me, but many old transaction where downloaded, and were added, I needed to find and delete duplicates
Safari Technology Preview worked for me, It works as Safari
