Can't add principle account

When I try to add Principal Group account, I put in password then hit enter and a dialog box comes up and tells me to enter password.  This keeps happening until I cancel the add new account.  Is there a fix for this.  Quicken 2015 user

I have this same problem. Looking forward to hearing input from Quicken.
