Reengaging our users, new versions coming soon.

As many of you have noted, we have not been providing our user community with as much satisfaction as the name of this site would imply. We made the mistake of setting up an account here without assigning specific responsibility to anyone to deal with user issues in a timely manner. We're a small company, and so the result has been that we have been very slow in dealing with questions and issues reported here. Our sincere apologies for that.

This is about to change. We've hired some people specifically to work with our user community to answer questions and act as a liaison to our developers to make sure that bugs and issues are dealt with quickly. We want and need your input because, ultimately, that makes our products better.

As part of this effort, we will be creating a comprehensive FAQ that will answer many of the most common questions. We're also working hard on finalizing new versions of our products (including Wyzo, FireTorrent and FireDownload) that should address many of the issues that have been reported here. They will be released in the next few weeks, so keep an eye out.

We look forward to hearing your feedback on our new product releases and our renewed commitment to engaging with you, our user community.
