we are experiencing a similar issue where the app goes into the loading screen and then closes after a few seconds. we have tried the suggestion of powering down the ipad and it does nothing. alternatively we have removed the app and reinstalled it and still nothing has changed.

I downloaded Pat the Bunny for the iPad, and I am having the same problem. It goes to the loading screen for a few seconds, then it closes. I tried rebooting my iPad, no change.

To help us, could you let me know what device you are on (iPad, iPad 2, iPhone, iPod touch) and also what version of the iOS operating system is installed on your device (you can find this out in the device settings). I'm sorry to put you through that trouble but this information will really help us find the source of the problem and produce an update that fixes the issue. Dear Eldavis22,

After consulting with our Quality Assurance team, we think we are narrowing in on the problem you are experiencing. However, in the meantime, there may be a quick way for you to resolve the issue. You mentioned you are running iOS version 3.2.2. The current version of iOS is 5.0.1.

If you upgrade to the latest version of iOS the problem should go away. You can upgrade your version of iOS for free in iTunes on your computer.

Connect your iPad to your computer. When it shows up in iTunes, click on the device in the left nav. You should see be able to see the Summary in the main iTunes window. Underneath Version, click the Update button.

We will continue to work on finding a solution to the underlying problem, but hopefully upgrading your version of iOS will eliminate the problem for you.

Please let me know if you have any additional trouble.

I have the same problem, but won't even go to a loading screen, just flashes and back to my app screen. Using iPhone iOS 5.0.1.

I downloaded Stunt Bugs for iPhone and cannot play it. I can click the first farm but it crashes as it loads the level. Too bad, the app looks fun. I'm on an iPhone 3GS with the 5.0 if that helps.

Dear Alyssa,

I'm so sorry to hear that our Pat the Bunny app is not working properly on your iPhone 4. I'd like to get our engineer's working on trying to solve the problem. If you wouldn't mind, it would be very helpful to know what version of the iOS operating system you are running on your phone.

You can find this out by opening Settings and then tapping on the General tab, then About, and then scroll down until you see Version.

Pat the Bunny is designed to run properly on iOS version 4.0 and higher. The most current version is 5.1.

While we work on trying to replicate and solve the problem you are experiencing, you may want to update your operating system if you aren't running the latest version. That may solve the problem right away.

The other thing I always suggest whenever any app is not working properly is to fully restart your device. Often other apps are left running in the background which take up memory your iPhone needs. You can restart the phone by pressing and holding the power button until you see the red slider that says "slide to power off". Slide that and wait until the screen goes completely black. Then press the power button again to restart.

I really appreciate you taking the time to report the problem. We will do everything we can to find a solution.

I downloaded the build your own robot game to my ipad and all it does is go to the random house logo and then nothing else. This was not a free version I paid .99 for it while that is not a lot of money I did still expect it to work. Please help or refund my money. Thank you very much.
