No sound on pat the bunny

sound is fine on other apps but there's nothing on pat the bunny.

Good Morning,

It doesn't sound like the app is shut off in the multitasking bar – just shutting off or rebooting may not "shut off" the app. Please tap your home button twice and turn the app off that way, then give it a try. Our engineers are investigating and hope to find a resolution soon.

I have same problem...no audio on Pat the Bunny...tried your ideas and still silent. Boo hoo

Hello Jean,

I'm so sorry to hear that you are having trouble with the audio on our Pat the Bunny app. I know how frustrating it is when an app doesn't function correctly. To help our Quality Assurance team find the source of the problem, it would be very helpful if you could tell me what device you are using (iPad, iPad 2, iPhone, iPod touch) and what version of the iOS operating system you have installed (you can find this out under the device's settings). Additionally, is this problem affecting other apps as well or is Pat the Bunny the only one where the sound doesn't work?

I'm sorry to put you the trouble of answering these questions but it will go a long way toward us finding a solution to the problem. I really appreciate your patience and apologize that the app is not working properly for you.

I am having the same issue. I'm on an Iphone 4s? Has there been any resolution? I have a very sad 13 month old :(

Good Morning Ann,

If you would go through the following steps letting us know if this worked.

If you are encountering problems with any of our iPhone or iPad apps please try the following:

1.Please make sure you have the latest release of our application. To check to see that you have the latest release:

•Go to the App Store on your iPhone/iPad.
•Select updates and then click on the app.
•Select the install button.
•The newest version of the app will install on your device.
•Please try to run your app again.

2.If you've installed the latest version of our app and it is still crashing, try restarting your device:

•Press the Hold button (the top button) and the Home button (the circular button on the bottom center of your device) together for a few seconds. The screen will go dark and a red slide button will appear.

•Slide the arrow to the right to fully power down your device.

•Press down the Hold button (the top button) for a few seconds. An apple will appear in the middle of your screen, and then your start page will appear.

•Your device has been rebooted.

•Please try to run your app again.

3.If this does not work, and you are running iOS 4, you can try and shut down other apps that are running in the background:

•Double-tap the home button. A tray will appear showing apps that are currently running.

•Shut down these apps by clicking the red "-" sign next to each app. This will free up computing power on your device.
•Please try to run your app again.

4.If none of these measures works, please post a message on this board so we can have our engineers review your problem. Please include the following information:

•Application Name
•Description of problem being encountered
•Device type (iPhone and/or iPad)
•iOS Version: To check what version of iOs you're running, go to Settings->General and note the entry for "Version"

didnt work but I found the issue. on the iPhone 4s if you use the switch on the left to put your phone on vibrate it also silences pay the bunny!

I am using an iPhone 4S with iOS 5.1 and an iPad2 with iOS 5.1 and I am having problems with the sound in Pat the Bunny on both devices. I have the current update, and I have tired to reboot.

I am on an iPad 3 and this app was our son's favorite--until the sound stopped working two days ago. Nothing works, every time I restart the app, it says that the device is muted. Help!
