Android App not Syncing with Web Version or BGG

I've been using a purchased version of the ScoreGeek app on my android phone for a long time with no issues. (I successfuly post games to BGG and can switch between the android app and the web version and everything is in sync.)
Something seems to have changed on or around 1/31/16. I started getting errors every time a game was supposed to post to BGG and when searching for new games. Upon review of my BGG account, no games have posted since then. Today i tried using the web version to post the plays manually and none of my history since 1/31/16 appears. How do i get my app version and the web version synced back up and what is the issue with connecting to BGG? I have tried installing the latest version of the android app and that did not solve anything.
