I’m frustrated

decrypting 100%?

OK I've checked this over and over, deleted the app and am trying one more time. On my windows box (first application) I have checked my account details (user/pw/encrypt). I've also checked my cloud master user and pw.

I download the iphone app create a new account which matches my user/pw/ecrypt. Then I log in with that info and I get a 'downloading' bar which takes 30 seconds or so to complete. It then freezes for 10 seconds and displays "No Passwords were found. Use..." twice.
