Keylogger Functionality

Could you please answer the following questions about your keylogger software?

- Is it possible to have 3 license types like this: personal license single pc/ family license 2-5 pc's/ corporate license unlimited pc's

- Is it listed in any of these: Task Manager, Windows Task Bar, System Tray, MSConfig (Startup entry), Uninstall list (Add/Remove programs) and start menu?

- I have seen keyloggers that can only be opened when you type a password anywhere on the screen, how is this keylogger opened?

  • It's possible the have to types of license:

    1) a personal license for a single PC
    2) a corporate license for unlimited PCs

You can also simply give out 2-5 single-pc codes for the family license, or just say it's 2-5 computers and give them an unlimited pc code. If you're using the paid version of SoftLocker you can always disable the code if you see it being used on a large number of pcs.

The software will not show up in task manager, task bar, or system tray in stealth mode. The user can choose to remove it from the start menu, and is given the option to remove it from Add/Remove programs when they install it. If they have it running at startup it will show up in MSConfig, but we usually name the executable in a way that makes it hard to tell what it is (CMK.exe for computer monitor keylogger, for example).

This keylogger is opened through hotkeys like Ctrl+Shift+F5. It is configurable through the options window.

    Cheers,

    -Mike
