Hello Rebrand Team,
I recently bought a new computer (windows 7 installed) and tried to install my "Quick file renamer" the installation reported "error executing exe" so I downloaded the latest version from CNET.
The installation went fine but the problem is when I entered my username + Registration Code and try to verify I get the following message:
Error
there was an error connecting. Please check your internet connection using the Setting button, an ensure that a firewall is not blocking this program.
Error 1b, returned:
Service Unavailable
I also enabled "Quick File Renamer" in the Firewall settings.
How can you help.

Hi Mike.
I just installed this software on a Mac computer. I chose to hide a file on my external hard drive.
I noticed the external hard drive under devices looked transparent. I tried to click on it and it didnt do anything, so I closed the window and reopened it and the whole external hard drive is missing,
I can access the one file that i locked using your program so I know it is still there.
I have rebooted the computer after uninstalling your program and it still doesnt show up.
How do I get my hard drive to show again on my mac?
I also made sure the program was open before uninstalling it

Hi,
I tried your program Remote Backup, but I noticed in the interface and many slowdowns during backup jobs.
I would also recommend reviewing some translations Italian and the stopwatch the time it takes to backup because during the backup process is not smooth.

We actually have a new upgrade in the works right now that addresses the interface slowdowns. I will take a look at the Italian translation too. Right now the translations are done using Google so there may be some items that seem strange to a native speaker. If you're comfortable with English you can always switch languages from the Languages menu.

Hi ,
my Mac and I was trying to change the names of photos. A few times, didn't sort correctly. after you open the program, I tried again. At this time most of my photos in the folder the program is deleted. And there is a backup. I can't find the photos. I'm asking for your immediate help.-

It sounds like the photos were moved to a new location. The app never deletes any files unless it confirms that renamed files exist in the new location you specified. Is that a possibility?
I am working on an update which moves all files to the recycle bin just to be sure, because this is a common problem, but most people I've heard from have been able to find the files renamed in a new location. -
