    All of our software is guaranteed, and we make free demos available for you to try before you buy. However, if there is a problem it's easy to get a refund.

    Consumer Software

    30 day, no questions asked, money back guarantee. Your registration code will be disabled after the refund is processed.

    Private Label Software

    30 day, no questions asked, money back guarantee. Depending on the state of your software at the time of your refund there may be processing fees involved:

      If you provided the graphics

      • Not submitted for customization: no fee.
      • Submitted for customization but not delivered: $30.00 processing fee.
      • Delivered: $60.00 processing fee.

      If you requested custom graphics
      • Not submitted for customization: no fee.
      • Submitted for customization but not delivered: $50.00 processing fee.
      • Delivered: $100.00 processing fee.


    Software is considered "submitted for customization" when you enter all of your customization information and press the "Finalize" button to submit it to us. You must then confirm your submission. It is at that point which we begin work on your software.

    Software is considered "delivered" when we upload it to your account. You receive an email notification at that point. This is usually 3 business days after you submit it for customization.

    Our processing fees cover:

    -Custom programming
    -Custom graphics
    -Installers
    -Hosting
    -Removal of the software from your account
    -Removal of any existing registration keys

    We do our best to avoid refunds so please feel free to contact us first, we will do whatever we can to make your transaction a happy one.

    If you purchased through an app store then you can get a refund through their support department (I don't have any control over that).  If you purchased from our website you can email me at mike@rebrandsoftware.com and I will process the refund for you.
