  • We provide support directly to the owners of our branded software. In turn, those owners should provide support to their own customers.

    GetSatisfaction and our support database at http://www.rebrandsoftware.com/suppor... should be the first place you check if you cannot answer a customer's question. If you fail to find an answer there please contact us and we will respond within one business day. Because of the large volume of emails we receive we cannot reply directly to your customers about support issues, but you are welcome to direct your customers to our GetSatisfaction account at http://www.getSatisfaction.com/rebran...
