It's annoying that you can't add/modify a schedule of a task.

You can now edit a schedule or create a new job based on an existing one.

How can you cancel a schedule?

You click on the row of the schedule on the "Schedules & History" page and choose the option to "Delete" at the bottom of the screen.

You're the second person not to find these options so I'm going to have to work to make it easier to discover.

Hi, Richard I couldn't see how to do it either!

I created an account yesterday ~ 11Am and setup a 3AM backup, it also created an 11am backup, but when I try clicking only the 3AM one has the delete option, the 11am only has clone etc... So it wants me to pay double to subscribe. How can I get rid of the 11am schedule?

Will performing this task delete all future jobs as well?

"You click on the row of the schedule on the "Schedules & History" page and choose the option to "Delete" at the bottom of the screen."

The interface doesn't give any indication that this is the case. It feels like I'm only deleting the "one" job or instance.

Yeah I can see there are definite problems around how I've done this. I'll see if I can get some time from our User Experience people to work out a solution.

Any news on this? it starts costing me money as I have to schedule a second backup scenario with different parameters, because I do not see any option to remove my old backups.

Sorry, thought I replied to this last Friday.

By default now the history view will show the actions bar - which is a different colour to make it standout. Also schedules are indicated by an icon to make them stand out more.

Select the schedule line and then click edit to modify a schedule or delete to remove a schedule.

This is no new functionality I'm just trying to make it easier to find.

Hi.

I don't see the "Edit" option when I select a row. Also, my jobs don't seem to run on a daily schedule. I'm very confused.

Any ideas?

If your jobs aren't on a schedule ( they don't have schedule in the finish column ). Then they are historical jobs ran either from a deleted schedule or via run now. If you want to create a schedule based on the settings of an already run job you can click on the historical line and use the "Clone" to create a job with those settings and then schedule that how you want it.

Hope this helps.

I keep trying to improve the usability of this page. I'm probably going to take another run at it soon as it needs to be easier to use than it is currently.

I think it was more down to me not setting up the jobs as schedules in the first place.
