Cannot Add Google Analytics Code

The field verification warns after I add my Google Analytics code:
"This does not appear to be valid Google Analytics tracking code."

I am pasting the following, which is straight from Google Analytics (except for me changing the nnnnnnnnn here instead of the real number provided by Google Analytics..

[Edit: I had to remove the script tag and its end tag to get it to post here.]

var _gaq = _gaq || [];
_gaq.push(['_setAccount', 'UA-nnnnnnnnn-1']);
_gaq.push(['_trackPageview']);

(function() {
var ga = document.createElement('script'); ga.type = 'text/javascript'; ga.async = true;
ga.src = ('https:' == document.location.protocol ? 'https://ssl' : 'http://www') + '.google-analytics.com/ga.js';
var s = document.getElementsByTagName('script')[0]; s.parentNode.insertBefore(ga, s);
})();

I've made a change now so it will accept the new format Google Analytics code. Please try again when you get the chance and let me know if there's any more problems.

Thanks.
