I had this problem, then realized that the entire account appears ridiculously broken unless I have my webcam plugged in. Once the webcam is plugged in, everything seems to function as normal, otherwise I can't review any updates or smirks.

When I'm at work -- where I use a computer without a webcam -- I can't review the video I took this morning on my iMac. This happens whether I'm logged in or out.

Ideas?

Hello again! I tested the problem this morning. If I log out immediately after submitting my video update, it works. Or so it seems. Either way, it's not an ideal user flow...

Same problem. i cant view my video right after i took it, not even after logging out right away. It's frustrating! Am using a macbook built in cam as well.

Ditto. I use a Macbook Pro plugged into an external monitor most of the time but even when I had the webcam on (ie with laptop open) I wasn't seeing certain videos. Not sure if others can see it or it's just me

Now I can't see any of my updates at all when I go to my page, logged in or not. All I see is a black box with the Rec button as per Kelsey's screenshot.

BLACK SCREEN ISSUE
===================

Same thing was happening to me actually, I've never used a MAC so I don't know if it will actually work, but on a PC, it is just little trick of the actual address bar link that's supposed to be directing the user to its robo.to/ [user name] account. Try the following:
When you are logged into your [robo.to] account, note the link on the address bar where u'd usually type [www.robo.to], the acual link does not really have the [WWW] so it kind of shows like:

1) http://robot.to/[user name] NOT 2) http://www.robot.to/[user name]

So what I did was logging off the account and re-typing the link without the [WWW] and voila! it works! :) so try it using number (1) above.

P.S.: If you're for example trying to update your status on "facebook" using a link to your [robo.to] account, do it using the same link-type on example # (1)

http://robot.to/[user name]

Hope this helps! ; )

using an MSI too. page's blank when i'm signed in and my webcam's off. when i'm logged off though (even of my webcam's off), it works well.

figured i'd only see my own page when my webcam's on, so did that. :)

Close your other webcam using programs lol. I had photobooth open because I had to see how beautiful I was looking :P So I tried closing it and it worked fine. Then when I tried to open it while robo.to was open It said i had no webcam for photobooth.

So close anything that uses your webcam and you'll be fine :D

On a PC (Vista).

Flash player WIN 10,0,32,18.

In Firefox (3.5.3), I can see video when I'm logged out, but my Robo page hangs on that dark texture (no video) when I'm logged in, with no button to capture new video. In Firebug, I can see the last thing to load is the crossdomain policy file, but no FLVs after that...

In IE 7, my browser is crashing everytime I load my Robo page (after logging in).

Good luck...

I have the exact same problem as Dayna. But nothing shows in my archive and it always says "Loading Video". The embed code doesn't work either.
