PC Per Podcast feed not updating?

The RSS feed for PC Perspective Podcast is not updating on RSS Player. It works fine with other RSS readers (tested with Firefox, Juice, and iTunes). For some reason, on your player, it thinks the latest episode is 87, even though at this time of writing, they are up to 95.

All of my other podcasts are working correctly, except this one. Please help so I can get rid of iTunes once and for all! You're my only hope, Obe-Wan Kenobi!

We are going to investigate this further. It should not stop at #87 but I feel like the feed has something at that spot that is preventing our crawler from continuing.

Here is a topic on this I started on PC Per's forum. I thought it was an issue with the feed, but Ryan looked into it, and it seemed like the feed works with other RSS readers. If you wish, you can collaborate with Ryan. He very accessible and helpful, like you. :)

The problem is being caused by the pub date not conforming to the rfc-822 standard. Anything on or before Wed, 23 Dec 2009 is good. Anything after that will not work.

Example of bad date is Thur, 25 Feb 2010 01:00:00 EST

Please see "Wrong format" at http://www.apple.com/itunes/podcasts/...

Thanks for the response. I look forward to what you may find. FYI, I started a thread on PC Per's forum about this as well. Feel free to collaborate with Ryan, who is the site owner and host of the PC Per podcast.

Thanks.

Sorry for the repeated posts. Not sure what happened there. I've forwarded your findings to Ryan. Thanks!
