SAManage is an outstanding service. To make it even better, consider adding a remote control client (a la LogMeIn) using Echogent's EchoWare platform, based on WinVNC. So when a customer submits a ticket, a link to that desktop gets included in the ticket (as well as in the asset record) that allows tech support to connect directly from the SAManage console and provide remote assistance.Echoware has a client and a server component, and the client is a firewall friendly service (much like the SAManage agent) that calls out to the server. An admin can use the WinVNC client to connect to that PC through the Echoware server. It's a brilliant solution for small IT shops where configuring ports on routers at multiple sites is just too unwieldy.Check it out! I think it would be a great complimentary feature, and just about the only one I see missing from your product (except maybe centralized software deployment). This seems like it would be far easier to implement though."
