savings challenge

I ad signed up for the $200 savings challenge by depositing into my PRIME SHARE account on January 31. I was under the impression 600 points would be received after two weeks. I also managed to sign up again for the challenge two more times. I haven't seen 600 points yet. Is there something I'm missing on the terms?

    Thanks for messaging us. The reason why you haven't received the extra 600 credits is because the $200 you deposited on January 31st is not showing up in your account for some reason.

    We use Intuit Data Services to register financial accounts to SaveUp. Intuit is also the company behind TurboTax and Quicken. Unfortunately, for this issue we’ll need to contact them to troubleshoot the problem. I’ve emailed Intuit and will let you know when I hear back with a resolution.

    For your other savings challenges, you will receive the extra credits with the challenge time period is over.
