Hi, i have a QL-500 printer attached to my pc to print address labels for orders on my E-Bay site. I started using "Scrobbld" to speed this process up instead of writing each one by hand, i seem to be making hard work instead . Can you tell me step by step how i should do this. If i have to Export then download then unzip then print ,i think it would be quicker for me to keep writing. Thanks..

Hi, thanks for your question. You need to set some items up first (define your export template, though we provide the sample template as an example). When you receive orders, you select the orders you want to export, you then select 'export orders' at the top of the page. An overlay will appear on the same page with your exported files, which you then select and download, either as a zip, or as the individual files (in your export template, you can select 'No Grouping' so you get all your addresses in one file). You can then connect to the CSV file using the Brother PTouch software, which will import your addresses into a template defined in the PTouch program (see our blog post here: http://blog.scrobbld.com/how-to/easy-...)

If you're only processing a couple of orders a day, this may or may not save you time. It will however allow you to scale your orders, so if for some reason you receive ten orders in the day, the process is exactly the same with no additional overhead.

Let me know if you have any issues or further questions; you can either contact me here or at feedback at scrobbld.com.
