Notifiers not working

My Notifiers not sending emails, it was working up to yesterday, just stopped.

The Remaining Notifications is 66/75 with Time Until Topup 25 days.

Any help please?

Hi Jan, thanks for your message, and sorry for the inconvenience. I can confirm that the emails *are* being sent, however I moved the notifiers over to a new queue system yesterday and I didn't enable the CC functionality. So your customers will receive the emails, however the original email is not being sent to you (despite your settings in Scrobbld).

If you could send me an email to ian at with your username I can confirm the times that any emails have been sent over the past 24 hours.

A fix will be going in this evening.

I put through a test transaction earlier today however I didn't receive a Receipt of Order notification. The Dispatch notification doesn't seem to be working either. Both are definitely active.
Can you please help?

hi,i keep getting ,essages saying we have not notified of recept of payment or order dispach is this working,i sent an email to ian but got no answer ???
