Xero sync error

I went into Contact energy bond to correct interest payament. It tried to auto update Xero put crashed and locked up the payment. This was because it did not update date Xero originally for some reason

    Sorry about the problem you experienced.

    We've just rolled out a fix to prevent this error from occurring in the future.

    Interestingly we had a Xero invoice ID for this payment which means it must have been synchronised successfully in the past, however when the update was sent through, Xero returned an error saying that the invoice did not exist. This is quite strange as even when the invoice has been deleted Xero will still match the invoice with a 'deleted' status and the Sharesight update will restore the invoice.

    We now handle this error but we're still scratching our heads as to how we got a 'does not exist' message. The only thing we can think of is that the invoice was originally sent to a different Xero organisation and you subsequently switched your connection to a new Xero organisation. Can you shed any light?
