Direct Broking trades not syncing

My sharesight portfolio hasn't borne any resemblance to my DirectTrade account in months. It's pretty much useless to me if it's not synced, and I don't have any desire to do manual entry on sharesight.

    Sorry about the problem you are experiencing.

    I can't see any problems at our end but it looks like we haven't received any transactions to your portfolio since March.

    Could you please log in to your DBL account and make sure that it indicates that it is connected to Sharesight. Here's the link to the Sharesight Connect page in DBL: https://www.directbroking.co.nz/Direc...

    If you see a 'connect' button then this indicates that the connection has some how been disconnected at the DBL end. If you see a 'disconnect' button then everything should be working so let me know and we can investigate further.

    If all else fails you can click the disconnect button to remove the existing connection and then click 'connect' to re-establish, however it's not a problem we've had before so we'd like to get to the bottom of it.

    Not much satisfaction going on there when:

    1.) You send me email from a "no reply" email address
    2.) I have to learn this by looking at email headers, trying to figure out why my messages to Sharesight haven't had any replies.

    I have to say I'm *really* disappointed in Sharesight, and am likely to ask Deloitte to cancel my subscription.

    Sorry I didn't receive your previous message.

    It appears that the problem is that Direct Broking haven't sent any trades to your portfolio. I will ask Direct Broking to investigate and I'll let you know as soon as I hear back.

    I have heard back from Direct Broking.

    They have confirmed that:

    1. Your direct Broking account is successfully connected to Sharesight

    2. You last traded through this account on 6th March (this matches with our records)



    I am a little confused by this as clearly you say you have traded since then.

    Do you have another Direct Broking account by any chance?

    If so you will need to connect each Direct Broking account to Sharesight separately.

    Otherwise please feel free to get in touch with me directly (scott@sharesight.com) to resolve this issue. I will need to either get some additional details from you about your Direct Broking account or have you contact them directly.
