SaxoTraderGo

I've got a client who uses SaxoTraderGo. I'm guessing this is just a trading platform like CommSec, which is linked to a bank.

Does anyone know how I can get their trades into Xero. Has anyone set up trades with them?

  • Hi Samantha,

Just a side comment on Saxo, we've had a preliminary discussion with their head office about a Sharesight integration.

At the moment, my understanding is that locally Saxo does not issue contract notes (correct me if I'm wrong) so our Broker Email Import feature is not available.

I can't speak, however, to whether or not their cash account (I'm sure they have one) is available to be added to Xero.

  • Hi,
Saxo (Australia) do provide a "Settlement Note" in PDF which can be downloaded from SaxotraderGo. It includes all the relevant details that are needed to accurately populate Sharesight. Makes sense that this docuemnt could be uploaded somehow.
So maybe this is an option for manual import of Saxo settlement notes
In the future once setup we could enter an Sharesight email address into saxo trader that forwards these settlement notes to Sharesight.
Anyway, I can provide a sample of a settlement note, otherwise I'm sure saxo can provide one.
Keen to have this integration also.
    Thanks
