I just updated and now I can't get out of the introductory information.

I just updated and now I can't get past the introduction to use the app. I love using this in my classroom and hate to lose such a wonderful tool.

Hi Amanda,

Thanks for using ShowMe! Let me forward this issue to the developers and see what I can do for you. Does the screen freeze up when you try to move past the introduction images? Please let me know if you still have the same issue after closing out and restarting the app.

I have the same problem. I can click continue through the intro slides but when I get to the last slide and try to click done to get to the program, the intro slide doesn't go away. I need to use this in my classroom tomorrow. I am using this with iPad first generations.

Hi Kelly,

We pushed an update to the app store, can you try updating your ShowMe and hopefully the problem will be solved. If not, turning the iPad completely off should reset everything so you don't see the problem again.

I'm having the same problem even after the update. I've rebooted redownloaded asked for help by emailing kika above and still am stuck in the welcome screens. Help!!
