Is that the actual message? Could you provide a screenshot?

Or is it more along the lines of "RapidShare is making you wait because [a download limit has been reached.] SkipScreen will automatically start the download when the timer finishes." ???

If something like that, that's the SkipScreen automation -- we're working on making SkipScreen messages more obvious, so confusion like this doesn't happen.
